- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

In the unlikely event that your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, just send it back with an indication of the fault and we'll send you out your items and pay the return shipping charges. Contact customer service anytime. We will process your request and assist you with return shipping. Ship the item(s) back in any box or envelope.
